What this Terms of Use Covers:
This is a Service Agreement between you and Darena Solutions LLC, referred to as “we,” “us” or “our.” This Service Agreement applies to the Service provided at the website WWW.HEPOEX.COM ("the Site"), referred to in this Service Agreement as the “Service.” By completing the registration process on the site, you agree to bind by all the conditions of this “Terms of Use”. 

Eligibility for use of Service
You must be 14 years old and a resident of United States and its territories to be eligible to use this Service.

Description of Service:
Hepoex.com provides allows patients to receive digital copies of their health records as "Health Information Packages" from their providers in a secure, express and environmentally way. Healthcare providers can use the Site to upload these packages to HealthVault repository in an encrypted way . Patients can then directly import these records from the repository directory into their HealthVault Accounts

Disclaimer of Warranties:
The service is provided “as-is,” and “as available.” We give no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. We exclude any implied warranties including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort and non-infringement.

Governing Law:
Any claim relating to Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Liability Limitation:
You can recover from us only direct damages up to an amount you pay for this Service. You cannot recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect, incidental or punitive damages.

Changes to the Service:
 We may change the Service or delete features at any time and for any reason. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to this Terms of Use and any updates. We may cancel or suspend your Service at any time. Our cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice.

Use of Service by Healthcare entities to send information:
  HePoEx.com will use all legally available means to prevent misuse of this service. We restrict the use of this service in any of the following ways:

• use of the service to send unsolicited bulk messages or unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”).
• use of any automated process (such as a BOT) to access the service
• use of the service in a way that imposes a unreasonable load on the service resources
• resell any part of the Service.
